Domestic Insurance Scheme

Here at CSG we know things do go wrong from time-to-time and it's for this very reason we provide our Regular Service Scheme customers with a unique Domestic Sewage Collection Insurance Scheme.

The scheme operates at most of our depots, and provides peace-of-mind by paying a small sum each year we guarantee to attend any emergencies. The scheme is designed to provide a quick response to overflows and blocked sewage pipes that connect to the septic tank and the house (please note blockages within two metres of the tank are covered, blockages further along the sewage pipe may need additional equipment and additional charges may apply).
